Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Verivance (Verivance Analytical LLC, "Verivance," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website and our analytical testing services. By using the site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the service:

  • Information you submit through the contact form: your email address, an optional order or sample reference, the subject you select, and the message you write.
  • Information you enter on the Verify page: a task number and unique key, used only to look up the matching certificate of analysis.
  • Basic technical data that our hosting and email providers record automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, used to operate and secure the site.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party tracking scripts. We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and you should not send them to us.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and process test requests.
  • To produce, deliver, and verify certificates of analysis.
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
  • To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We share limited information with vendors who process it on our behalf, under contract and only as needed to provide the service:

  • Our website host, which serves the site and records standard server logs.
  • Our email provider, which delivers messages you send through the contact form to us and delivers our replies to you.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Data retention

We keep contact messages and related records for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain a record of the work, then delete or anonymize them. Certificate of analysis records are retained so that reports remain verifiable over time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at privacy@verivancelabs.com. We will respond as required by applicable law, including the GDPR and the CCPA where they apply to you.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are intended for professional and research use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
